re: NVelocity 1.1 and TemplateEngine 1.1
Jonathon,
This NVelocity port is a hidden gem!
I made use of it in an SQL app and ended up with a code generator (http://minisqlquery.codeplex.com/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=33994)
Take a look (esp from a license perspective) and let me know if I got anything wrong!!
PK :-)

re: NVelocity 1.1 and TemplateEngine 1.1
Glad to know you are putting NVelocity to good use, and are happy with it.
Mini SQL Query is an interesting app, I never thought SSMS was heavy and now that it has intellisense I will continue using it. However, there are many cases where this might come in handy when you just need to look up something quickly.
Keep up the great work.

re: NVelocity 1.1 and TemplateEngine 1.1
I find it heavy when running on virtual machines (I have found that in a lot of places). Even when the specs are good the actual running of the bigger ide's becomes painful!

I guess I've got it, anyway, thank you very much for what you have done.

@Paul: Now to think about it, I have found the same thing sometimes when you RDP to a remote server.
@Steven: No problem. If you have any feedback be sure to let the team know on the mailing list or submit ideas to our uservoice.

nVelocity seems to have all it's logging commented out.
nVelocity seems to have all it's logging commented out. I couldn't get log4net to run so I grab the source. In RuntimeInstance, the log method body has been commented out and is empty.
My 1st thought - I've got it wrong. Is there a new way to get log info from nVelocity?

re: NVelocity 1.1 and TemplateEngine 1.1
Simon, there are various parts of NVelocity that need some work, including the logging. If you want to discuss further or provide a patch to fix it, jump over to the castle users or development mailing lists.
